My techniques vary, but I generally use a combination of the powerful modalities of deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic, and sports massage while incorporating various stretching movements."
-Shawn Walen
Shawn also has a special offer! If you make an appointment for a massage, and book again within a month of your last appointment, he'll take 10$ off your next regular priced massage! (not able to be combined with any other offer)

Experience the benefits of Professional Massage Therapy Massage is nourishing - mentally, emotionally, as well as physically. One of the nicest things you can do for yourself is to set aside some time for a relaxing, therapeutic massage. Studies have demonstrated massage can:
n Relieve muscular tension and manage stress, reducing levels of cortisol, a stress hormone. n Hasten recovery from strenuous physical exertion by aiding to rid the muscles of metabolic waste. n Increase circulation of blood and lymph thereby assisting the body in removing toxins and providing nourishment to tissues. n Breakdown scar tissue following surgery or injury and encourage the replacement of healthier, less restrictive tissue. n Boost the immune system through the increase of white blood cells and activation of fighter T-cells.
Deep Tissue - Specific massage technique, great for the really stressed, or for the competitive athlete.
Therapeutic - A treatment that helps to restore function to injured "soft tissues" (muscles, tendons and ligaments). Therapy may involve the use of various types of Massage, as well as a range of other physical treatments to assist your recovery.
Relaxation - To create a deep sense of relaxation, the therapists uses long, flowing, and kneading strokes. This soothes muscles and increases circulation.
Sports - This massage is designed to work on a specific location of muscle strain or tightness.
