Kids Yoga Workshop

Come join Sahara for an hour of yoga fun. Ages 5-10 welcome. She will take kids on a jungle journey using animal yoga poses and end with a relaxing guided visualization. $5 Introductory class.
Class will encourage:

physical activity
listening
balance
stress relief
emotional tools
and laughter!
Sahara is a mother of two, meditation teacher, healer and author of the inspirational self-help book for teens, "Beyond the Reflection". She has been teaching holistic classes for 10 years and loves working with kids.

The group will be led by Sahara Rodriguez who has studied and trained with spiritual teachers from around the world. She is a certified Pleiadian Lightwork practitioner, Evolutionary Healer, minister and author of the inspirational book, Beyond the Reflection. She has compassionately assisted many people on their healing journey and teaches that while we may be on a spiritual path, the love of our Creator is available to us here and now exactly how we are in this moment.
